Chef Otto - born to be a chef who began at age 15. He has enjoyed an extraordinary career starting in the Navy and onto Pierre Hotel, Delano Hotel, Atlantis, the Bellagio, Mardan Palace, Charlie Trotter’s, personal chef to Leona Helmsley. A Chef Instructor at Culinary Institute of America. and former Executive Chef at Central Market in Southlake, TX. His book "A Chef Is Born" is an Amazon bestseller, and he has been a proud supporter of Independence Gardens since 2013.

Chef April - wildly creative and owner of To Die Fork Desserts! Specializing in pastry’s and custom cookies!
Chef Angel - classifies himself as "just a chef doing chef things" He is currently an executive chef with ISS Guckenheimer and Texas Instruments.
Chef Kevin - A first generation Cambodian American and US Army vet raised by refugees and on resilience. He currently stays focused on his roots at Kamp Fire while refining his diverse cuisine talent into simple forms.
Chef Brielle - this innovative powerhouse has been in the industry for over 15 years. She is currently an executive chef for ISS Guckenheimer. As a Certified executive chef through training at the Culinary Institute of America, she also serves as Executive Board Member and proud supporter of Independence Gardens.

Chef Josh - an Eater.com chef of the year and Food Network champion, he has helped open restaurants all over the country and trained in some of the best restaurants in NYC. He started his career with Chef Pyles at his James Beard awarded restaurant, Won Meat Fight in 2018, and Chefs for Farmers the year before. His wild food style matches his personality and has been been called a mad scientist in the kitchen while Zagat named him one of 17 top chefs to look out for in the country!
Chef Randall - Considered a cool kid, Randall is currently the Executive Chef for Barcelona Wine Bar. Best known for his pop-up and private dinner work, Randall loves playing with food and the spectacle of themed events.
Chef Oscar - food service pioneer with over 15 years of experience in classical and modern cuisine. From El Paso Texas he is inspired by his mother and grandmother's healthy twist on Tex-Mex-Chicano cooking. His culinary career began in the Army then later sprouted from 6th St. in Austin, TX and grew to seven locations. He is now serving Uptown Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, and Frisco, TX with his new healthy food concepts Wholesome Grub and WGmeals. He shares his passion and food philosophy as a board member of Independence Gardens.
Chef Amy - creatively serving a diverse span of 5 star Hotels, Venues, and Caterers in Chicago and Dallas/Ft.Worth for over 30 years. Specializing in custom event cakes and pastries, she's worked with everyone from the Rock -n- Roll Hall of Fame to the Lyric Opera.
Chef Carmella - a lover of food who began cooking at 7 and never looked back. She began professionally in 1999 at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. There she started at the ground floor and worked her way to the top. After 5 years at Mansion her journey took her to Corporate Dining for 15 years, and now Chefs at a Luxury Senior Community.
